Pryon RAG Suite retrieves answers from the NGO’s vast and varied sources of rich content in response to natural language queries via a chatbot-style interface. Its extractive-first approach and answer attribution model ensure accurate, context-rich responses with proper source citations, an imperative for this implementation.
Pryon’s Solution Engineers collaborated with the NGO to create a custom API-enabled front end, granting the organization control over the user interface to ensure a seamless user experience.
